Greetings Guild Members,
I am experimenting with ways to get photos out to you all. This time I thought I'd try a Smilebox slideshow. I would love to hear comments about whether you prefer this method or the Flickr photo access. See the comments button below this post.
2014 started out with a bang with our special guest speaker, Sarah Kaufman, author of Folded Log Cabin Quilts. Sarah is a resident of Bend and aren't we lucky to have her! She brought a unique collection of quilts. The log cabin ideas were an excellent way to inspire us for our own Log Cabin quilt challenge. See this post for more info on that. We had a nice show and tell, including lots of blue in honor of Shannon. Kayla showed off her greatest show and tell yet! We also had a very nice showing of Community Quilts.
