It's Quilt Season! Do you feel the excitement in the air? Martha S. has provided these helpful reminders for us. Also, be sure to check your volunteer schedule. If you can spare a couple more hours on quilt show day they can always use more hostesses. You can even stop by the volunteer check in on show day for last minute signups.
Quilt Delivery and Pick Up
Be sure you know about the times for drop off and pickup of your quilts and where the office is located.
Directions to the Show Office:
Coming from Bend to Sisters on Cascade Ave, take a right onto Pine Street at the Sno Cap ice cream stand across from the Stitchin' Post. Travel north and take the third right to 288 West Sisters Park Drive. The building is on the left just past the recycling center. There will be Quilt Show Office signs along the way.
Office hours are:
- June 27th-July 16th 10 am – 4 pm
- Closed July 4th and July 12th
- July 13th (Sunday after the show) 7:30 am - 2 pm
Quilts should be shipped or delivered to arrive by July 5, 2014. We cannot guarantee that quilts received after July 5th will be hung in the show.
Quilts can be picked up beginning Sunday morning, July 13 – there is no quilt pick up on Quilt Show day. There isn't much parking there so be aware if it's busy. If your quilt is to be exhibited on Sunday, these quilts will not be available for pick up until Monday July 14th.
