The Mt. Bachelor Quilter's Guild challenge quilts from 2018 (theme: String Theory) will make up our SOQS Special Exhibit. If you have a quilt in the exhibit, please use the following instructions to register.
Online quilt registration begins on February 15, on the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show website. This is where quilts are officially entered into the quilt show’s database.
The deadline for special exhibit registrations is May 1, 2019.
Just follow these steps to register.
- Follow this link to our registration page. http://www.sistersquiltshow.garynmiller.com/
- Sign in with your login information, or create an account if you have never registered online with us before. If you have forgotten your login info, please email info@soqs.org
- Click on the Quilt Registration Area button
- Click the Submit a New Quilt button
- Read through the requirements and then click I’m Ready To Submit a Quilt
- Choose the Special Category Entry button
- In the list of Special Exhibit names, choose the category: then click the Confirm Category Selection
- Begin filling in all required fields on the form. The Quilt Story is the favorite part of your form for viewers, so we ask that you write at least 3 to 4 sentences of how or why this quilt was created.
- Click the Submit this Quilt Registration for Approval
- If you are selling the quilt, you will be prompted to upload a photo. Otherwise, you are finished.
Each Quilter is required to pay a 1-time $20 Registration fee.
