Scott Gillies, a member of the Central Oregon Modern Quilt Guild, will explain how designers determine color and palettes, share various approaches to analyzing colors and will also cover tools available for Use in the development of color palettes.
We are each asked to bring a small piece of fabric or yarn or whatever you may have that is what you think in your TRUE COLOR RED. Please don't share yours with others until he asks for you to bring it out.
The fat quarter drawing color this month is ash.
