If you are entering a quilt for a Special Exhibit this is your information. A member of your group has been designated to gather your quilts and take them to Pioneer Park on the day of the show to hang them as an exhibit. Your quilt needs to have a 2023 Special Exhibit Form attached to each quilt.

For you who have quilts being entered into the general quilt exhibit, each of your quilts will need to have the 2023 Quilt Show Entry Form attached and need to be delivered to the Nativity Lutheran Church, between 9:30 and 2:00 on Friday, August 18th.
Also these special exhibit quilts get delivered to the church with a Special Exhibit Form attached to each quilt: Quilts from MBQG Workshops, Central Oregon Modern Quilts, and MBQG 40th Anniversary quilts.

Your quilt/s will be returned to you through a system of checking your quilt/s off the "returned to quilter list" before you take it from Pioneer Park. Please follow this procedure to make sure all quilts are returned safely to their owner. Quilts not retrieved will be taken from the park and kept securely until returned to the owner.
